Dreamforce 2021 was definitely an event like no other. A small, intimate live event in San Francisco paralleled with live-streamed and video content on the new Salesforce+ site.
The Dreamforce Keynote is always inspirational and this year was no exception.

As both a customer and a partner of Salesforce and FinancialForce, the message this year reinforced the values that we prioritize at VFP.

When a customer decides to invest in new technology, it isn’t because they want to replicate the things they are doing now. It’s because they want to (sometimes need to) make a change. That’s why we work closely with our customers to ask the hard questions of themselves and their processes. Challenge the ‘way things have always been done to get to a clear Vision of the future.

This new dispersed world means we have to work differently than ever before. With our customers AND our employees. Transforming the customer experience by implementing technology in such a way that it will allow our customers to Focus on getting it right externally and internally. Creating both Customer Centricity and Employee Centricity.

Change is hard, but when you approach it with excitement, when you engage with people you trust, and when you do it all with Passion, you will not only change your business but also the lives of your employees as well as your customer’s success.
